Treatment & what has been overlooked so far

Guidelines advise that patients exposed to a tick are left untreated until symptoms of Lyme-Disease develop. Thereafter, these patients typically receive antibiotics for 2 - 4 weeks. The diagnosis, however, is often challenging, realizing a risk for disease progression.

This is the insight rigorously exploited by Ixodes AG in order to combat Lyme-Disease.
